Organ Choice
Enter the organ choice for each person or pet in the same order as the names above, separated by commas.

If you wish to change an organ choice, simply state the attendee’s or pet’s name and new organ choice when the Rainbow Light Field is being delivered. Once it has been delivered, the organ choice cannot be changed.
