We may revise the Privacy Policy, and the most recent version will prevail.  Your continued use of the Website shall be evidence of your agreement to be bound by any such changes.  We encourage you to regularly review the Privacy Policy for updates. 

Personal Information 

Personal information is information about an identifiable individual. This includes an individual’s name, home address and phone number, age, sex, marital or family status, an identifying number, financial and donation information, and the like.  Personal information does not include business contact information, including a person's name, title or work contact details.

Our personnel are authorized to access personal information based solely on their need to deal with such information for the reason(s) for which it was collected.  We take reasonable measures to ensure that the integrity of this personal information is maintained and to prevent it from being lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged. 

We educate our personnel on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of personal information. 

We processes personal information through resources located in the United States and Canada. If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) we will only transfer your personal information if: the country to which the personal information will be transferred has been granted a European Commission adequacy decision; or we have put in place appropriate safeguards in respect of the transfer, for example we have entered into EU standard contractual clauses with the recipient, or the recipient is a party to a binding corporate rules approved by the EU supervising authority.

We will immediately delete all data relating to any such individual as soon as possible.
